Shipping and delivery

Ordered before 10am, shipped the same working day.

Products that are handmade take longer. These will be shipped as soon as possible.

If your order has not arrived after a week, please contact us so we can investigate the details.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Currently we ship to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR China, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, South Korea and Switzerland.

Please note: For international orders, VAT, import duties and/or customs fees may be charged afterwards by the local authorities of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty & Repair

Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on all our products. Within the first 30 days of receipt, you can return the product for a replacement or a full refund.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as stated in our return policy.

After these 30 days, but within the warranty period of 6 months, we will repair the product for free if something is wrong due to normal use. This way we ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and the product functions properly.

Returns and Refunds

If you want to use your right of withdrawal, you can indicate this within 14 days after receiving your order. You can do this by contacting us by e-mail or another means of communication. Please state your order number and the products you want to return.

After registering the return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us. Make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible. The costs for returning are at your own expense.

Once we have received the product in good condition, you will receive the full purchase price including any shipping costs back within 14 days.

Yes, the right of withdrawal applies to most products that you buy from us. This means that you can decide to return the product without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your order. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

There are, however, some exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Products that have been custom-made or personalized especially for you cannot be returned, unless there is a defect or error. Also for sealed products that can no longer be returned for hygienic or health reasons once the seal has been broken, there is no right of withdrawal.

  3. After the legal term : The right of withdrawal expires if you do not indicate within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to return it. You then have another 14 days to actually return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please make sure you return the products within the specified period and in their original condition.

Yes, when you return a product within the set period of 14 days, you will receive the full order amount including any shipping costs. This amount will be refunded within 14 days after the registration of your return, provided that we have received the product in good condition.

Yes, the return costs are at the customer's own expense, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly. The costs for returning your product depend on the shipping method you choose. On average, the return costs are around €7.25 per package, but this can vary depending on the carrier.

Yes, international returns are possible, but please note the following points:

📦 Return costs: The costs for returning an order from outside the EU are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, so that the return arrives safely to us.

💰 Refund: Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund your purchase price. Shipping costs and any customs charges are non-refundable.

🚨 Customs charges on returns: Import duties and VAT paid upon delivery will not be refunded by us, as these charges are collected by the customs of the destination country. In some countries, customers can request a refund of these charges from their local customs. We recommend checking with your country's customs authorities.
